I love a book about cheese - and this is certainly one to grab for the collection!
Written by Patrick McGuigan and commissioned by the British Library; Patrick takes you through the history of cheese (it goes way back!) highlighting some of the myths of cheese and key styles that have developed over the years.
Patrick and I have worked together on many cheese events and have shared some incredible cheese boards over the years – they have often been accompanied by a craft beer or a glass of wine or two!
He is an incredible writer, writing for The Telegraph, Delicious, The Guild of Fine Food and the Financial Times.
An all-round cheese aficionado, this book is testament to that.
