Julie moved from Hampshire to Suffolk for the quality of the milk – and to continue with her dedication to making cheese with raw milk.
These small little beauties are a labour of love – the make is slow to ensure the curds are formed gently which are then hand-ladled into individual moulds. This dedication to time results in the most exquisite texture and depth of flavour!
