A light and spring-infused marinated soft cheese, using raw cow’s milk from Blackwood’s on-site organic farm. Milking to vat is literally a few minutes across the yard – you can’t get much fresher than that! Graceburn is made much like traditional feta and is marinated in cold-pressed rapeseed oil with thyme, garlic and black pepper.
This is such a useful cheese to have in the house, perfect for a light starter or to lift a lunchtime salad, and it keeps really well.
Tŷ Caws recommends: Serve with toasted sourdough bread. You can also use the leftover oil for dipping bread or as a dressing.
