Pitchfork Cheddar 200g
Dense, creamy and packed full of flavour, a wonderful traditional farmhouse cheddar from Somerset. Winner of Best Cheddar at the World Cheese Awards.
Harrogate blue 180g (V)
A superb blue which delivers both in its appearance and taste. It has a striking orange colour to dazzle any cheese board, whilst the creamy richness leads to a tangy, peppery taste sensation.
Cenarth Brie 200g (V)
Farmhouse Organic Brie made in West Wales; rich, earthy and creamy.
Charcuterie:
Spek Air-dried Ham 45g
Austro-Italian style, cold smoked and air-dried ham. Baker’s Pig Speck contains no additives, just free-range Berkshire pork, cured in salt and smothered in black garlic. The ham is then air-dried for 4-6 months.
Coppa 45g
Traditionally cured using salt, ground black peppercorns and fennel seeds. Each Coppa is cold smoked over English Oak and air-dried for a minimum of 3-5 months to fully develop a full-flavoured ham.
Fionah’s Hand-Made Sourdough Crackers 100g (V)
Each batch is hand-made using a sourdough starter, fed and nurtured for punch and crunch.
